NOTE: For these pages to work, your browser has to support both SVG and javascript
Most major browsers support SVG by now, EXCEPT Internet Explorer. I would recommend you use Firefox or Opera for viewing these pages as they natively support SVG rendering. However, if you are dead set on using IE, you will need to download a SVG plugin, for example Ssrc_SVG (Note: Adobe no longer supports the Adobe SVG plugin and their plugin does NOT work correctly with this page! A set of SVG-related tests can be performed HERE )

Go here for further information and description of the parameters used on this page
or here to download a pdf giving a short overview of the capabilities and a few example analyses

This data was taken from : Vagner A. Benedito, Ivone Torres-Jerez, Jeremy D. Murray, Andry Andriankaja, Stacy Allen, Klementina Kakar, Maren Wandrey, Jerome Verdier, Helene Zuber, Thomas Ott, Sandra Moreau, Andreas Niebel, Tancred Frickey, Georg Weiller, Ji He , Xinbin Dai, Patrick X. Zhao, Yuhong Tang and Michael K. Udvardi. A gene expression atlas of the model legume Medicago truncatula. The Plant Journal 2008 Volume 55 Issue 3, Pages 504 - 513.
It provides Affymetrix expression data for a variety of conditions or tissues in Medicago truncatula.
The presented data corresponds to a GCRMA normalization of all *.cel files together.

All of the scripts and programs used on this page are also available for download HERE. Simply unzip the archives into a separate directory on your webserver, update the configuration file (editme.variables) to reflect the new location and configuration of the server and you should be ready to go. (NOTE: the web-server needs to be able to run Perl, Php and java and have a temporary directory that apache can write to).
